Kassym-Jomart Tokayev attends Victory Day parade on Red Square in Moscow
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan attended on Wednesday the military parade on Red Square in Moscow marking the 81st Anniversary of the Great Victory, Qazinform News Agency reports, citing the Akorda press service.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev is in Moscow for a working visit. During the visit, he attended the Victory Day military parade on Red Square.
The Head of State also took part in a flower-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in the Alexander Garden.
Along with Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Russian President Vladimir Putin, the commemorative events were attended by Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, Malaysia's King Sultan Ibrahim, Laotian President Thongloun Sisoulith, and others.
Earlier, President Tokayev extended Victory Day greetings to Kazakhstanis.
