Kashagan oilfield set to produce up to 3 mln tons of oil this year

ASTANA. April 29. KAZINFORM The Kashagan giant oilfield is set to produce 1.5-3 million tons of oil this year.
CEO of JSC "NC KazMunaiGas" Lyazzat Kiinov has told a Monday briefing in Astana.
In his words, the offshore oilfield is provided with necessary infrastructure to deliver oil to the world markets. "There are no problems," he added.
