Karina Magrupova takes gold at 11th Asian Age Group Championships

Kazakhstani Karina Magrupova claimed a gold medal in artistic swimming at the 11th Asian Age Group Aquatics Championships in New Clark City in the Philippines, Kazinform News Agency reports.
According to the Ministry of Tourism and Sport, Karina Magrupova competed in 15-19 age group and scored 404.0525 points. Thai athlete Patrawee Chayawararak took a silver medal with 330.9342 points, and Uzbek swimmer Ziyodakhon Toshkhujaeva claimed bronze with 328.1150 points.
Earlier, Kazakhstan’s artistic swimming team claimed a gold medal in 13-14 age group at the event.
