Karaganda to supply Astana refinery with gold

ASTANA. KAZINFORM President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has launched a new gold recovery plant in the Aktogai district during the teleconference themed "New industrialization of Kazakhstan: results of 2014 and the first five-year plan".
The new mill will produce 3 mln tons of gold a year. It provides the whole cycle ranging from ore gold processing to Dore gold bars melting. It will deliver its products to the gold refinery in Astana. The Head of State congratulated the staff on the placement of the plant into service.
