Karaganda Round Table participants address to III Congress of World and Traditional Religions
KARAGANDA. June 23. KAZINFORM /Valentina Yelizarova/ The Round Table entitled "National Unity as a Factor of Interfaith Accord" took place in Karaganda Board of Justice.
Heads of religious unions of the region, theological scientists and reps of state bodies participated in the discussion. The participants of the round table passed an Address to the participants of the III Congress of World and Traditional Religions scheduled on July, 1-2 in Astana.
"The past experience and the recent events demonstrated the World Community that locating at the heart of Eurasia Kazakhstan is becoming a link between the East and West and the representatives of different cultures and confessions. Our country is a unique example of friendly relations between nations and religious confessions", - the document reads.
