Karaganda ex-mayor died suddenly

KARAGANDA. October 9. KAZINFORM Ex-mayor of Karaganda city Islam Togaibayev has suddenly died at age of 63. As may be supposed he died of a blood stroke.
He acted as mayor of Karaganda during the period of 2006-2009.
