Kairat Kozhamzharov - new Akmola region governor

KOKSHETAU. January 21. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Prime Minister Karim Massimov has arrived in Kokshetau.
The Premier proposed candidacy of Kairat Kozhamzharov, former Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Fighting Economic and Corruption Crimes (Financial Police), for the post of an akim (governor) of this region to the body of active functionaries.
The deputies of the regional Maslikhat have approved his candidacy.
Kairat Kozhamzharov was born in 1965. He graduated from the Leningrad State University named after A.Zhdanov.
He is married with four children.
