ASTANA. October 17. KAZINFORM — Under the presidential decree Kairat Abdrakhmanov, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Austria, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the International Organizations in Vienna, has been appointed as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Slovenia.
