K.Kelimbetov: Kazakhstan economy may suffer from increased sanctions against Russia

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Today at a press briefing in Central Communications Service the chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan Kairat Kelimbetov expressed concerns about the possible increase of sanctions against the Russian Federation which is the most important economic partner of Kazakhstan.

"As you know, Russian products draw up 36 % of Kazakhstan's imports and 7 % of Kazakhstan's exports goes to the Russian market", said K.Kelimbetov. National Bank chairman noted a large outflow of capital from Russia and predicted zero economic growth in the current year.
