Joint ventures of CU countries can set tone to global economy - Massimov

ST. PETERSBURG. October 19. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Joint enterprises of the Customs Union member states can be competitive in the world. Kazakh Premier Karim Massimov said it on Wednesday in St. Petersburg.
"Implementation of joint projects, for instance in nuclear energy field, will make companies competitive in a global economy. Establishment of transnational companies, for example in gas sphere, will also provide big opportunities for Central Asia and Europe," he said.
Traditional spheres of cooperation in CU member countries are space and agriculture.
