Now it is important to maintain political and social stability, civil peace and social harmony in the country?, South Kazakhstan Akim, Chairman of the South Kazakhstan regional branch of ?Nur Otan? Nurgali Ashimov said. In participants? view, the institutions of civil society can ensure this stability. Only common efforts can confront the crisis and its effects, overcome differences and contradictions. The MoU reads that it unites efforts to maintain stability in society, renounce the use of radical slogans and actions, avoid destabilizing of the situation and solve pressing social problems through interactive platforms.
