Italy eyes investment projects in Pavlodar rgn of Kazakhstan
PAVLODAR. November 3. KAZINFORM Governor of Pavlodar region Yerlan Aryn met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Italy to Kazakhstan Mr. Alberto Pieri, the governor's press service informs.
During the meeting the governor noted 'Italy is one of the region's principal trade partners among the EU countries. It imports equipment for food processing enterprises, automotive-type cranes, vehicles and industrial machinery. The Pavlodar region effects delivery of oil products to Italy.'
The sides stressed there were prospects for consolidation and development of the bilateral and mutually profitable relations in commercial and economic cooperation and cultural sphere. Mr. Alberto Pieri and Yerlan Aryn also discussed the participation of Italian companies in the investment projects implemented in the region.
The Italian ambassador visited enterprises and social objects in the region to familiarize with the conditions and preferences for investors.
