Issues of interaction considered at session of special services in Bishkek
BISHKEK. September 18. KAZINFORM /Vladimir Dobrovolsky/ XII session of the Conference of Special Services of Turkic Speaking Countries held in Bishkek on Thursday; the press service of the National Security State Committee said.
The conference participants considered the issues of adjustment of practical interaction of special services on prevention, detection and liquidation of surreptitious terrorist groups acting on the territory of the CIS countries as well as forms and techniques of acts of crime in financial and banking spheres, e-money turnover and export-import operations.
Following the results of the forum the corresponding protocol was signed. Representatives from Turkey and CIS countries as Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia took part in the forum.
The Conference of Special Services of Turkic Speaking Countries was established in Stambul on May 20, 1998. The conference was sanctioned by special services of the states having common interests and wishing to extend cooperation between each other on the basis of principals of equality and equal responsibility.
The official languages of the Conference are English, Turkish and Russian. The sessions are held annually at the level of heads and experts on the territory of the Conference member states.
