Introduction of export customs duties on oil not to affect investment climate: PM

URALSK. July 22. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ "Introduction of export customs duties on oil will not affect the investment image of Kazakhstan", Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov has said at the briefing in Uralsk today.
"Firstly, we should pay special attention to the national interest. Secondly, we must comply with the Kazakh and international law", the Premier said.
