Internship abroad program for line managers launched by Kazakh National Chamber of Entrepreneurs
ASTANA. KAZINFORM Internship abroad program for line managers working at enterprises has been launched by the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan and JSC "Center for International Programs", director of the department of human capital development of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs Askar Abubakirov said at a roundtable on Thursday.
"There is a unique internship program for line managers working at our enterprises. Internship period - from 1 to 12 months," he said.
According to him, the program is characterized by the fact that previously internships were available only for students who have just graduated from universities, and business managers. Now the focus is on master workmen, technologists, engineers with experience, the primeminister.kz reports. "The National Chamber has already selected about 20 applications, and now we plan to form groups by industry. Priority sectors have been also identified. First of all - engineering, we have about 20 professionals in this field. We also plan to conduct training for employees of the construction industry, agriculture, energy and other sectors," Abubakirov said.
