Internet Association of Kazakhstan opened in Almaty

This year several companies have become founders of new noncommercial organization - "Internet Association of Kazakhstan" (IAK) which mission is to make our country a competent member of the world internet-community.

"We welcome the new professional association aimed at joining of all participants of the Internet services to turn it into the most important sector of the Kazakhstani economy", - General Director of "Kazakhtelekom" Direction of Information System Andrey Adamenko.

The association intends to interact with similar organizations of other countries, promote introduction of advanced Internet technology as well as represent the interests of participants of the Kazakhstani market of Internet services at the international level.

The association will also raise rating of confidence for population towards Internet technology including studying and systematization of the Kazakhstani and world experience in development of market of Internet services.
