Interdepartmental Commission discussed implementation of third stage of administrative reform
ANA. July 1. KAZINFORM Session on administrative reform was held in the Interdepartmental Commission under the chairmanship of Kazakh Prime-Minister Karim Massimov last week.
The Interdepartmental Commission discussed the process of implementation of the third stage of administrative reform.
The stage of the reform is aimed at improvement of the quality of public services, improvement of efficiency of the structure of state apparatus, activity of state bodies, and reduction of administrative load on business.
Members of the Commission discussed the issues of regulation of processes and procedures of public services, holding of functional analysis, introduction of the state system of planning and budgeting directed to results.
The Prime-Minister charged to continue work on extension of the register of public services and its standardizing, elaboration of the draft Kazakhstan Strategic Development Plan by 2020, adoption of the Concept of public service modernization, introduction of the system of efficiency evaluation of administrative public servants' activity.
