Instagram to roll-out new analytical tools for businesses

RIYADH. KAZINFORM - As a response to requests from brands who use Instagram to build their online community, Instagram has announcedyesterday that over the coming weeks and months they will be rolling out a new suite of analytical business tools that will help brands in evaluating the performance of their organic and paid content on Instagram.

Instagram advertisers will get access to the new suite first, so that the company will harness enough feedback to improve the tools before a wider release to additional brands later this year, Kazinform refers to the Arab News. The new tools are: Account insights, Ad insights and Ad staging. These tools will let brands monitor reactions and like some social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer; will suggest the best time of day to post a photo or video. According to the Facebook-owned company, Instagram's new business suite provide value to brands in three main areas: Account insights allows businesses to see how they're increasing brand awareness on Instagram through impressions, reach, and engagement. Ad insights shows the performance of paid campaigns with brand analytics (impressions, reach, and frequency) for each individual ad delivered to the target audience Ad staging allows advertisers and their creative teams to preview, save, and collaborate on ad creative for upcoming campaigns. Instagram said nothing about rolling these tools or similar ones for individual users.
