Injured Kazakh tennis player retires in Indian Wells

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan-based tennis player Mikhail Kukushkin has left the BNP Paribas Open tournament in Indian Wells, the U.S., Kazinform has learnt from ATP's official website.
In the first-round match Kukushkin faced Canadian Vasek Pospisil and retired 6:4, 4:2 down due to an injury. The prize fund of the tournament is $5,381,235.
