Injured Diyas retires from match in Washington

ASTANA-WASHINGTON. KAZINFORM - Zarina Diyas of Kazakhstan has retired from her second-round match against Japanese Kurumi Nara at the WTA's Citi Open Tournament in Washington, U.S., Kazinform has learnt from Sports.kz.
Diyas easily won the first set, but was forced to retire 6:3, 2:6, 0:4 down due to an injury.
Up next for Nara is Kristina Mladenovic from France who crashed American Taylor Townsend in round two.
