Mr. Dosaliyev, what are the capacities of the plant? What will be the assortment of these medical products?

The plant is designed for production of 250 mln of disposable syringes per year. This is the full assortment of the products - two, two and a half, three, five, ten and 20-ml syringes. The production technology is brought from South Korea. The equipment of the plant was bought in this country as well.

Today first disposable syringes with trademark "Made in Atyrau" rolled off the production line. But sometimes it takes long time for enterprise's being up and running at full capacity from the moment of release of test products. When do you plan to proceed to high-volume output of syringes?

Soon. At the end of this month the specialists from South Korea will come to the plant. They will test the equipment once more. This technical process which includes launching of another assembly line will last for two months. And the plant can proceed to volume production by July, or may be earlier.

Syringes are products of medical purpose, requirements for which are special. How do the Atyrau syringes meet these requirements? How much will be the production cost? Will the plant be able to withstand competition with other suppliers of the product?

Objections to quality should not be. First of all, all technologies and equipment are advanced. The needles are imported. Other elements of syringes will be made from polypropylene and elastomer which are supplied from South Korea and Europe. These materials are expensive.

In spite of quality raw materials, price for syringes will be lower. The syringes with trademark "Made in Atyrau" will cost about KZT 5. According to preliminary calculations, the region needs minimum 10 mln syringes.

In any case the local market will not be able to use all production of your plant.

Of course, no. Eventually we will go to the markets of Mangystau, West Kazakhstan and Aktobe oblasts. And then, I am sure, other regions will be interested in quality and cheap production.
