Informal summit of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Russia and Turkmenistan held in Aktau

Leaders of Kazakhstan and Russia arrived in Mangystau region from Orenburg where they took part in the Kazakh-Russian Inter-Regional Cooperation Forum.

In the airport N. Nazarbayev, D. Medvedev and G. Berdymukhammedov get familiarized with a new passenger terminal. Its capacity will make up to 450 passengers per hour. The equipment meets all international requirements.

Afterwards the presidents arrived at "Samal" complex, which hosted the informal meeting of the four heads of the states.

Opening the summit N. Nazarbayev thanked his colleagues for acceptance of his invitation to hold an informal meeting and get acquainted with the region of Kazakhstan. A wide array of topics on bilateral and multilateral cooperation is planned to be considered there.
