Inflation in Kazakhstan made 1.7% in January, 2011

ASTANA. February 11. KAZINFORM Prices in some segments of the economy changed in January, 2011, the Kazakh Statistics Agency reported.
The inflation rate was up to 1.7% in January, 2011. Prices in agriculture and industry increased by 4.8%, wholesale trade - by 1.1%, construction - by 0.3%".
Postal and courier services tariffs for legal bodies reduced by 1.3%, freight tariffs increased by 13.5%, the Agency reported.
