He reminded the participants about the Kazakh President?s words about slow development of the national science. The scientist considers that the country?s industrialization should be based on innovation development. In this context technical universities can become a laboratory for preparation of high professional personnel, scientific ideas and real industrial product. ?A regional technological park and testing laboratories producing real products were established on the basis of our university. Thus the model of our technical university is acknowledged and recommended for implementation in other higher education institutions. Besides, we start creation of a high technology zone. The project has recently been approved by the Head of the State at the meeting with Akim of the region Berdybek Saparbayev?, G. Mutanov noted.
