Industrial output increased in Astana
ASTANA. September 23. KAZINFORM - Volume of production in manufacturing industry has increased by 17,6% in Astana in comparison with the similar period of the past year, Kazinform has learnt from astana.kz.
Increase of production volume is monitored in major plants of manufacturing industry, food processing, other non-metallic mineral production, metallurgy industry and machine-building industry.
“In comparison with January-August 2012, production of the following goods has increased: cereal flour, including fine-grained - 3,8%, new bread - 11,0%, milk - 25,3%, macaroni - 1,4-fold. Along with that, production of the following products has declined: cheese, cottage cheese, butter - 12,5%, sausage goods - 24,3%”, - it is reported in the message.
Besides, enterprises of construction industry provide the growth of ready-mix concrete (102,8% to the level of January-August 2012), mortars (131,7%), elements of prefabricated structures for construction with the use of cement, concrete or artificial stone (142,3%). In machine-building industry the growth of production volume is provided by increase of panel-boards production (104,7%), as well as diesel locomotives (136,4%), rail passenger carriages - 2,8-fold.
