NEW DELHI. May 22. KAZINFORM India's new government including Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and 20 ministers, led by the United Progressive Alliance (UPA), has been sworn in at the Rashtrapati Bhavan Presidential Palace Friday evening, Kazinform refers to Xinhuanet.
Singh has thus become the second Indian prime minister after Jawaharlal Nehru to serve a second term after a full term, Kazinform cites Xinhuanet.
