Independence of Kazakhstan's judiciary recognized by int'l community - Supreme Court judge

Our country has made every effort to avoid any influence on the processes of legal investigation and judicial decisions from both government officials and concerned businesses and nongovernmental organizations, Judge of Kazakhstan Supreme Court Zholymbet Baishev made it public at the OSCE Review Conference in Warsaw on September 28.

In his speech the judge stressed the great potential and experience of the OSCE in promoting the key democratic principles of rule of law and judicial independence in the international arena.
