Income declaration form simplified for 7 million taxpayers in Kazakhstan
ASTANA. December 4. KAZINFORM - According to the draft law "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts concerning the declaration of income and property of the citizens of Kazakhstan" about 60 percent of taxpayers will file the simplified asset and income declaration, Deputy Finance Minister Ruslan Dalenov announced on Wednesday at a roundtable on the issues of income declaration in the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
"We have developed a simplified form of declaration of income and assets for about 7 million people," Dalenov said. He noted that this form was designed for persons, who did not earn an income during the past year or earned income taxable at source of payment, and who did not purchase the property during the year, the web site of the Prime Minister reports.
Another innovation designed to simplify the interaction of taxpayers with tax authorities, according to the vice minister, will be the transition from the de-facto method of filing a declaration to the electronic one.
It should be noted that those taxpayers, who file the electronic declaration, will be granted an extension of 2 months.
