Incident at oil storage facility in Atyrau

ATYRAU. September 13. KAZINFORM - Yesterday at about 8 pm local time one of the oil storage bases in Atyrau had blast.
Above one of the tanks fire and white smoke appeared. A few minutes later fire fighters arrived in the scene.
