In Aktobe region woman is thru with drinking to return her children
AKTOBE. July 23. KAZINFORM - Specialized Inter-district juvenile court of Aktobe region has considered a claim from a resident of Martukskyi district regarding restoration of parental rights to her two children.
According to the regional court press service, in 2009 by decision of Martukskyi district court the woman was deprived of parental rights to her minor children. The mother abused alcohol, maliciously evaded parental responsibilities to bring up and keep her children.
However, after the court decision during 4 years she has been able to give up the addiction. The woman does not drink alcohol, she works and comes to see her daughter in ''Chaika" sanatorium.
The Court analyzed the plaintiff's evidence of corrections as well as the guardianship authority's conclusion, and came to the decision to satisfy her claim.
