Implementation of modernization strategy depends on active citizenship of youth
ALMATY. February 19. KAZINFORM /Yelena Ilyinskaya/ The work on the development of Kazakh language, extension of the sphere for its use as well as maintenance of common cultural functions of Russian language is the guaranty for stability of multi-confessional and poly-ethnic society; Director of State Fund on the Development of Youth Policy in Almaty city Dauren Mukhamedzhanov has said it today during the discussion of the President's Address New Decade - New Economic Growth - New Opportunities of Kazakhstan.
According to him all the objectives of the Address including implementation of the modernization strategy, improvement of living conditions, preservation of peace and social guarantees depend not only on knowledge, common social and physical state of Kazakhstani citizens but also the activation of student youth, development of its active civil position, fence-mending between youth and youth organizations of all the cities of the country.
Besides, he pointed out the role of leisure centers in fulfillment of objectives aimed at patriotic education of children and teenagers, preschool education and education as well as the propaganda of healthy life style among youth.
