IAP is effective instrument of regional cooperation - Askhat Daulbayev
ASTANA. October 4. KAZINFORM Today within the upcoming sixth regional conference of the International Association of Prosecutors (IAP) from Central and Eastern European and Central Asia Kazakh Prosecutor General Askhat Daulbayev has held bilateral meetings with prosecutors general Sheikh Mohammed bin Fahd al-Abdullah (the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), Ina Rama (Albania), Hasan Erbil (Turkey), President of the International Association of Prosecutors James Hamilton and Deputy Prosecutor General of Malaysia Datuk Idrus bin Harun.
The sides discussed prospects of cooperation and confirmed interest in further development and expansion of the spheres of interaction, the press service of the Kazakh Prosecutor General's Office reports.
They noted importance of conducting the forum in the context of strengthening interaction in the sphere of ensuring human rights and freedoms, protection of economic interests of a state and etc.
Askhat Daulbayev noted that the Kazakh Prosecutor General's Office pays great attention to development of international relations, in particular, within the International Association of Prosecutors, which is an effective instrument of regional cooperation.
