Hungarian ambassador congratulates Kazakhstan on Unity Day
ASTANA. KAZINFORM Hungary was one of the first countries to recognize Kazakhstan's independence. Today the countries enjoy trust-based and friendly relations.
Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Hungary to Kazakhstan Imre Laszlóczki congratulated Kazakhstanis on the Unity Day in an interview with Kazinform Agency. Mr Ambassador, Kazakhstan and Hungary have seen activization of relations over the recent years and, literally, the recent months. What could you say about the prospects for further development of bilateral ties? President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev is expected to pay a visit to Hungary soon. Our Prime Minister visited Kazakhstan in 2012. Hungary is strong in agriculture. Our agrarian technologies are of great interest for Kazakhstan. We hold negotiations to sign relevant agreements. Chairman of KazAgro Holding Dulat Aitzhanov visited Hungary early March this year to debate prospects for widening agro-industrial cooperation. We plan good investment projects not only in agriculture but also in oil and gas, pharmaceutical spheres, etc. It is planned to dot all the "i"s on key projects and sign a set of agreements during the Kazakh President's visit ahead. Besides, our nations have too much in common. We are proud of common Turkic consciousness. This August we will convene the Kurultai of Turkic nations. In 2012 it brought together 150,000 people. I would like also to congratulate the people of Kazakhstan on this great holiday and wish all good health and prosperity. The Unity Day of Kazakhstan is celebrated in the atmosphere of cordiality, friendship and kindliness.
