How many long-living mothers reside in Turkistan region

According to the Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Turkistan region, there are 57 people in the area over 100 years old, including 51 women and 6 men.

Additionally, 10 people are 100 years old, while 45 others are between 101 and 106 years old.

The oldest centenarian in the region is a resident of Zhetisay, who will celebrate her 110th birthday this year, while the oldest in Kazygurt is marking her 108th spring.

Most centenarians live in the Tole Bi district, with 9 women over 100 years old, followed by Zhetisay, Kazygurt, Tulkibas, Saryagash, and Baydibek districts.

As reported earlier, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has instructed to boost standard of living for residents of Turkistan region.
