Housing construction in Aktobe oblast grows

AKTOBE. April 26. KAZINFORM /Samal Yendibayeva/ In the first quarter of 2010 Aktobe oblast has demonstrated 9% of growth in housing construction compared to the same period in 2009. The average cost of one square meter in new apartments made KZT 38, 500 while in the houses built by population it made KZT 46, 600.
In whole, 55, 7000 sq m have been put into operation by the regional enterprises and organizations of all forms of ownership and population.
The majority of the houses were built by the developers of state ownership (51.5% of the total volume of commissioned housing). The share of housesconstructed by private developers makes 48.5%.
