Housing and utilities problems need investments
ALMATY. August 5. KAZINFORM The issues of housing and utilities infrastructure cannot be solved by administrative pressure only as significant capital investments as well as efforts of all municipal services are needed for this purpose; the akimat press-service said.
Representatives of the district services and security agencies took part in the session. They addressed the issues of the housing and utilities infrastructure and its reforming.
As is known a year ago it was proposed to create new forms of administration for house-hold cooperatives and to speed up works on registration of condominium facilities. Despite positive results there are still some issues of the housing infrastructure to be solved.
The 41st managing director has been elected in Turksib district, 915 houses and 55 housing and utilities entered the condominium.
