Hot spell to persist in Kazakhstan this week

According to Kazhydromet, Kazakhstan's national forecaster, there will be a new top of the heat wave in the country with temperatures going 2-5 degrees Celsius higher than usual. Meteorologists also predict occasional rains in northern and eastern Kazakhstan.
