Russians will be able to make tourist or business trips to Hong Kong without visas, if they have no intention to stay there for more than 14 days. Citizens of Hong Kong will also enjoy this right on their trip to Russia. Russian Ambassador in China Sergei Razov and the director of the Hong Kong Immigration Department, Simon Peh, signed an agreement on visa-free rules in Beijing on April 23.
