Holding OSCE Summit in Astana is fair and objective recognition of Kazakhstan's achievements in its socio-economic and public-political development - Saudabayev

ASTANA. August 25. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ "Holding the top-level OSCE Summit in Astana is a fair and objective recognition of Kazakhstan's achievements in its socio-economic and public-political development", OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Secretary of State-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Kanat Saudabayev said today at a session of the State Commission on Kazakhstan's OSCE chairmanship in 2010.

The main issue of the agenda was fulfillment of the President's tasks given at the conference in Akorda on August 16 devoted to preparation for the OSCE Summit scheduled for December 1-2, 2010. The participants focused on the problems of preparation for this largest international forum and certain tasks were set to the heads of corresponding state bodies.

Leaders of 56 member countries of the Organization as well as 12 partner countries, heads of international structures will gather for the event.
