High radiation level cargo train detained

KOSTANAY. KAZINFORM A cargo train with the high level of radiation exposure was detected in the Kostanay region last night, the emergencies department made public today.
The frontier guards found two radioactive carriages carrying briquetted nonferrous metals ore. The cargo train was traveling en route Mangyshlak-Astana. Those two dangerous cars were detached and taken to the railhead. Excess radiation made 4,8 micro roentgen per hour.
