High level of political coop between Kazakhstan and Armenia ahead of econ ties
ASTANA. November 28. KAZINFORM A seminar devoted to the prospects for the development and strengthening of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Armenia took place on Tuesday in Sevan city, Armenia.
The event was organized by the European integration NGO jointly with the Kazakh Embassy, the Kazakh MFA's press service said.
Kazakh Ambassador Aiymdos Bozjigitov noted that the countries enjoy high level of the political dialogue. Regular meetings and mutual assistance within international and regional organizations are an ample evidence of it.
As stated there, the high level of political cooperation between Kazakhstan and Armenia is ahead of economic and trade ties between the two countries. Those attending underlined that it is necessary to encourage and broaden bilateral economic relations.
Besides, the parties debated a number of agreements, achieved previously during the 4th meeting of the Kazakh-Armenian intergovernmental commission for trade and economic cooperation held this June.
