Heavy snowfalls to grip N Kazakhstan

Rain and snow will batter the greater part of Kazakhstan over the next two days. Air temperature will rise to -5+5 degrees Celsius in the western regions and -5+2 degrees Celsius in the northern central and eastern regions of Kazakhstan.

On February 15 polar anticyclone will bring freezing temperatures to the northern regions of Kazakhstan. Air temperature will drop -22-32 degrees Celsius at night, and -15-27 degrees Celsius during the day in the west, northwest, and north.
