Healthcare reforming discussed in Pavlodar
PAVLODAR. October 3. KAZINFORM /Vera Livintsova/ Discussion of the main provisions of the Unified National Healt5hcare System was held Friday in Pavlodar. Heads of healthcare departments, medical and preventive organizations of Karaganda, East Kazakhstan and Pavlodar regions took part in the regional session.
Kazakh Vice Minister of Healthcare Tamara Voshchenkova explained the new national system and noted that competitive system of medical services with free choice of doctors and medical organizations by patient will be formed within the introduction of the national healthcare system.
Preventive trend of the medical organizations will be the main priority of the Unified System. People's confidence in the healthcare will be increased through security guarantees and new quality of the services. Efficiency of usage of the state resources will be increased as well.
T.Voshchenkova answered questions of the participants of the session. Proposals of doctors will be considered within the development of the Unified Healthcare System.
