Healthcare Minister introduces Aktobe residents with unified national health system
AKTOBE. September 24. KAZINFORM /Samal Yendibayeva/ Kazakh Minister of healthcare Zhaksylyk Doskaliyev has taken part in a regional meeting on the basic provisions explanation of the unified national health system of Kazakhstan in the Aktobe regional akimat (administration).
The Minister told the Aktobe residents that the new system will be introduced from the beginning of January, 2010 and is rated for 10 years.
This system introduction will give to every Kazakhstani an opportunity to choose a doctor and a policlinic independently, will form a competitive area of health services delivery, ensure transparency of the medical facilities activities and etc.
The two Committees - the Medical Services Committee and Pharmaceutical Control Committee - will be united in the Medical Services Payment Committee.
"In December the Committee will conclude a framework treaty with all medical facilities accredited in the country", Z.Doskaliyev said.
