Heads of Turkic countries sign Bishkek Declaration

BISHKEK. August 23. KAZINFORM The Bishkek Declaration has been signed after the 2nd Summit of the Cooperation Council of the Turkic speaking countries today, Kazinform correspondent Marlan Zhiyembay reports from Bishkek.
The document was inked by Kazakhstan's President Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of Turkey Abdullah Gül, President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev and Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Artur Rasizade.
In addition, the sides signed agreements on financial rules of the Cooperation Council of the Turkic speaking countries, on establishment of the Turkic academy, on creation of the fund for support of Turkic culture and Turkic heritage.
