Head of State suggests establishing award for strengthening of peace and accord

ASTANA. October 26. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has proposed to establish a State Award in the field of strengthening of peace and accord in the country today at the 15th session of the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan.
"It is important to work over the issue of awarding people contributing to the strengthening of peace and accord in the republic. Why don't we establish a public award, for example, a Gold Medal of Unity of People of Kazakhstan. It will promote the authority of the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan", the Head of State said.
