Head of State receives Minister of Emergencies

The Minister reported on the results of work over the previous eight months and the current activities. According to him, the Ministry conducted administrative reform, took all necessary measures for provision of industrial and fire safety.

The President took an interest in the progress of construction of Koksaray counter-regulator and flood-control dam near Astana.

N. Nazarbayev urged to improve personnel management in the system of the ministry and pay special attention to labor safety and protection of industrial employees in case of emergencies and industrial accidents.
