Head of State received Lukoil President
ASTANA. February 4. KAZINFORM today Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has received JSC Lukoil President Vagit Alekperov, Kazinform has learnt from the Presidential press service.
Nursultan Nazarbayev noted Lukoil Company is the largest Russian investor inn the country's oil-and-gas sphere.
Besides, the Kazakh President stressed the necessity of further strengthening of cooperation and development if interrelation indifferent fields of economy.
In turn, Vagit Alekperov said due to assistance of the President, the company works in Kazakhstan for 20 years, having invested about USD 7 bln to Kazakhstan's economy.
The Company takes part in implementation of different projects one of which is construction of plant for the production of lubricants in the south of Kazakhstan up to 100,000 tons annually.
