Head of State opens fourth session of the Parliament

ASTANA.KAZINFORM - Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev is making speech at a joint session of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The joint meeting is being attended by 47 deputies of the Senate and 107 deputies of the Majilis. "I declare the fourth session of the Parliament open", said Nursultan Nazarbayev.
