Nursultan Nazarbayev stressed Margaret Thatcher was known as a great political leader and wise person, who made a significant contribution to the development and prosperity of the United Kingdom.
"I always remember our meeting with Mrs. Thatcher, and I can confidently say that they were filled with friendship and partnership between our two countries," the telegram reads.
